The location was great but hard to find after dark. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was compact but bright and quiet and the big bed was very comfortable. Lovely large fluffy towels 👏🏻👏🏻

This an excellent small hotel with very good value for money. It is on the main town square but 2 lots of double glazing meant it was exceptionally quiet in the room. A real bonus! We also heard no internal noise in the hotel. Very comfortable room overlooking the square. Reception staff were sociable, helpful and cheerful. The room was well appointed - all we needed, and very nice lighting for a hotel room. It is really well-located. We had the breakfast each morning which was very comprehensive and good value.

My wife and I loved the location Plaza Consistorial, this was perfect for walking around the old town, and on the bull run route. One of the best breakfasts on our motorcycle tour so far. Our room overlooked the plaza with a fabulous view of Ayuntamiento de Pamplona. The bijou room was spotless and the shower etc was to a high standard.

From entering the hotel, the staff was very friendly, and the receptionist explained everything thoroughly. The hotel and the room itself were very clean and spacious. The view from the room was gorgeous of the central square. The breakfast was nice and it had nice choices of food and drinks.

The location is great! In the heart of Pamplona old city, close to everything. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful to arrange everything we needed. The facilities in the hotel were great, very clean room with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony to see the city and their old architecture. The cherry on top of our stay here was the spa area and the amazing professional massage we received by the girls who were well trained and help us to continue in our pilgrim path on the Camino the next day. I highly recommend this place to treat yourself.

The hotel is in an excellent central location and very convenient. The room was comfortable although the decor was a little spare and dated. I had a highly professional good value massage in the Hotel Spa. Breakfast was varied and of a good quality

It was centrally located. Staff was courteous. other than having some small areas along the room hall walls that needed paint or cleaning the room was clean, nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous.

Hotel is fantastically located overlooking the bull run by the town hall and within a 2mn walk to the main square; where you can find Cafe Iruna, made famous by Ernest Hemingway; and where there is underground car parking. Also very close to the Tourist Information office. Hotel room was comfortable, spacious, with good size bathroom. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant available downstairs and outside.

Location is at the old city centre, next to the town hall and Tourist Info office. The hotel front door is in pedestrian area, so taxi will stop at the back door. It is easy walking distance to to the Cathedral, Plaza del Castillo, Cafe Iruna and many shops, bar and restaurants. Bus station is also close by. Receptionists are helpful and knowledgable. The hotel are relatively new and modern inside. Breakfast is at the cafe of the hotel, food is acceptable.
